Laboratory of scientific and technical calculations and modeling of physical phenomena – Room 302

In this laboratory, students learn about the software for modeling physical phenomena, but also the hardware associated with it. The laboratory is equipped with computers that are used during classes by students for mathematical calculations, but additionally these computers are connected to a super computer – a cluster located on the ground floor. As a result, students are able to carry out complex calculations using a super-efficient computer, with which the operating time is shorter than on a regular desktop computer. At the same time, they are taught how to operate, how such a cluster is built, and thus how to build and configure such a cluster.
